REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Brizee, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All original accessories must be included

  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products damaged after successful delivery

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Items showing clear signs of use or damage caused by the customer


4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at support@brizee.shop

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Provide the reason for return

  4. Wait for return approval instructions before shipping the item

⚠️ Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

In such cases, Brizee will cover the return shipping cost.
